Ingredients

  • cups Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp chopped peanuts

Instructions

  • Start by adding the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and peanut butter to a medium sized mixing bowl.
  • Then, stir the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
  • Next, portion the yogurt mixture evenly into 4 small bowls. Pop these into the freezer.
  • Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together. This can be done in a small saucepan over low heat or in a microwave in short intervals.
  • Next, remove the bowls from the freezer and evenly drizzle the chocolate over the top of the yogurt mixture.
  • Then, sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top of the chocolate and place the bowls back into the freezer.
  • Freeze until the topping is set - approximately 20-30 minutes.
  • Crack the topping with your spoon and enjoy!
