This sweet and creamy recipe for chocolate hemp milk is quick and easy to make. Plant-based and naturally sweetened, this homemade vegan milk is delicious to add to smoothies or just drink ice cold from the fridge.

  • If using dates, and they are dry, soak them in warm water for five minutes to soften them before blending.
  • Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass jar with a lid and store in the fridge until ready to drink. Shake well before using.

Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 4 days. Shake the jar well before using, as the milk will separate in the refrigerator.
We do not recommend freezing this recipe.
