Ingredients

Greek yogurt

maple syrup

*start with 2, then add more if needed

chocolate protein powder

cup
peanut butter powder

avocado

frozen banana
Instructions
Place the ingredients in a high-speed blender in the order listed, with the softer items first, followed by the powders, then the frozen fruit last.
Start the blender on low, then increase the speed to medium-high. Use the tamper, or turn it off and scrape down the sides if needed.
Blend until thick and creamy. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add your toppings.
