Creamy and savory, this everything bagel chicken casserole is a tasty family dinner favorite. Quick and easy to make using leftover cooked or rotisserie chicken and everything bagel sesame seasoning.
Preheat the oven to 375℉. Grease an 8x11 casserole dish and set aside.
In a large saucepan, add 2 inches of water. Bring to a quick boil over medium-high heat and add the broccoli florets. Steam them in the water for 2 minutes or until fork-tender. Remove the pot from the heat, drain the water, and set the cooked broccoli aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings. Add the chopped chicken and steamed broccoli to the bowl and stir until everything is coated with the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared casserole dish and top with the shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn the oven to broil and broil for 2-3 minutes until the top is bubbling and golden.
