  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it. Set the pan aside.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stir together the coconut sugar, coconut oil, and almond milk. Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the protein powder and coconut.
  • Then, half a cup at a time, stir in the crispy rice cereal. Finally, stir in the hemp seeds.
  • Spread the rice mixture into the prepared dish and press down firmly. Using a flat spatula is really useful.
  • Chill in the fridge for an hour before slicing into squares.
