Ingredients
For the salad:

chicken breasts
cooked and shredded

head of romaine lettuce
chopped

red cabbage
shredded

of a medium red onion
thinly sliced

cut into matchsticks

roughly chopped
For the dressing:

toasted sesame oil

olive oil

seasoned rice wine vinegar

or sweetener of choice

sea salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine salad ingredients in a large salad bowl
Combine dressing ingredients in small mason jar and shake together
Toss dressing together with salad ingredients well
