Hey Nikki! Thanks so much for stopping by. ๐Ÿ™‚ Currently, I just have ‘Bloglovin’ on the sidebar that you can sign up for which will send email updates. I don’t have an email subscription yet.

I’m working on it! I’m not super tech-savvy and paying a programmer is big $$$. Hopefully soon. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi There,

My name is Sally and Iโ€™m the Content Manager for a small senior advice site. Iโ€™m writing to you because all too often I have heard people say they are too old to exercise or keep fit. However, when I was on vacation in Japan recently, people of all ages were doing morning and evening exercises (including dancing). This has proven especially pertinent to me because my elderly parents have recently taken the plunge and begun to exercise once more, proving that age really isnโ€™t a barrier to staying fit and well.

Encouraging senior fitness is something Iโ€™m keen to see written about. Recently, we released an eye opening piece about Shirley Webb who only a few years ago could not pull herself up, but can now deadlift 225 pounds – a world record for her age group – sheโ€™s 78! She was kind enough to share her tips on how to train as a senior. You can check out the article here: https://www.senioradvisor.com/blog/2016/11/senior-fitness-inspiration-from-a-weightlifting-grandma/.

I know you are busy, so Iโ€™ll keep this quick. I found thehonoursystem.com recently, and you reminded me of our guide. Having read http://thehonoursystem.com/2015/08/21/twenty-five-pre-workout-snack-ideas/ I felt this is a subject you would like to share. Of course, while itโ€™s not good to copy the whole piece in its entirety, I am more than happy to write a brief introduction or summary for you to put on your website.

Please let me know what you think!

Best Regards,
Sally
