Why you will love this recipe
Easy peasy lemon squeezy. These almond flour bread rolls take no time at all. It is a little effort but big rewards, and who doesn’t love that?
They taste great and are the best grain-free bread alternative. The pinch of everything bagel seasoning really adds the bread vibes.
Naturally gluten-free and perfect for keto diets or a low carb diet. Only three grams of net carbs. Bonus!

Ingredient notes
Find the complete ingredient list, with measurements, in the recipe card below.
- Egg – We love a good farm fresh egg with a beautiful orange yolk. Yum!
- Greek Yogurt – This adds rich flavor and tenderness to your rolls. Bonus protein boost.
- Salt – A pinch of fine sea salt brings out the best in your ingredients.
- Almond Flour – Use a super fine almond flour. The bags they sell at Costco are the best value! It is excellent in low carb bread recipes.
- Baking Powder – This will help the buns rise.
- Everything Bagel Seasoning – This is optional, but so SO good.

Equipment
Nothing fancy is needed for these easy keto dinner rolls.
- Mixing Bowl and Utensils – I use a medium-sized bowl, a whisk, and my trusty spatula for mixing. Then, a small cookie scoop for dropping the dough.
- Baking Sheet – This is a small batch recipe, so only a small sheet pan is required.
- Parchment Paper – This is a must for easy clean up. We choose unbleached parchment.
- BPA-free and odorless, ensuring food safety in prepping, washing, baking, mixing, and serving.
- There is non-slip rubber at the bottom of the plastic bowl to prevent slipping while mixing.

Expert Tip!
Be careful not to overbake these keto bread rolls, or they will dry out. It happens fast, so keep an eye on them.

Substitutions and recipe variations
For an even richer product, swap in sour cream instead of the Greek yogurt.
Fancy it up with different cheeses, like mozzarella or cheddar cheese, and fresh herbs. Try these gluten free cheddar biscuits or these Parmesan and chive biscuits. Both are made with almond flour and are deliciously low-carb.
Serving suggestions
These taste delicious with your dinners in place of regular bread rolls.
Pair them up with soup for a yummy and filling lunch. We LOVE this fresh tomato basil soup. Slather on some butter and DEVOUR.

FAQS
Yes! You can easily double this recipe for a larger batch.
You can, but the texture will be different. The fine almond flour is lighter, whereas the almond meal is heavier and more grainy.
Storage tips
To Store: Keep these wrapped in a bag with the air squeezed out (I use a leftover bread bag twisted) at room temperature for a day or two. You can reheat easily in a toaster oven.
To Freeze: Wrap in a freezer-safe bag or an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
