Ingredients
Find the complete ingredient list, with measurements, in the recipe card below.
- Peanut Butter – Natural peanut butter at room temperature is key for this recipe. Check out our suggestions for the best healthy peanut butter brands.
- Coconut Oil – Use refined coconut oil for a less coconutty and more neutral taste.
- Pure Maple Syrup – This adds a hint of sweetness to the fudge.
- Chocolate Chips – We use dark chocolate chips.
- Sea Salt – Just a pinch brings out the flavor of all of your ingredients. If your peanut butter is salted, you won’t need to add any.
Expert Tip!
When making freezer fudge, use room-temperature ingredients for a super smooth mixing experience. They will blend more easily together, ensuring the smoothest texture.

FAQS
From my experience, natural peanut butter, containing just peanuts is the best. The natural oils blend well and also help it hold together when frozen.
It is a healthier option than standard fudge, which contains refined sugars, etc. However, it is not a low-calorie dessert, so portion control is key.
Storage Tips
To Store: Store in a sealed, airtight container in the freezer. This recipe will definitely melt at room temperature, so be sure to keep this fudge frozen. It will keep in the freezer for up to a month.
