Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Freezer Fudge
This sweet recipe will become a favorite. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Freezer Fudge is so easy to make and even easier to devour.
I’m assuming the title of this post says it all 🙂
Peanut Butter … Chocolate … BOOM!
This recipe could not have been easier to come together. The main component is room temperature, natural peanut butter.
Bonus points for translating the french!
Tres bon!
HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY FREEZER FUDGE
Just 5 simple ingredients and you are only the freezing time away from deliciousness.
Peanut butter, coconut oil, dark chocolate chips, maple syrup and a touch of sea salt.
First things first!
Line a 8 x 6 dish. I used a glass storage container with a lid so I could use it for storing my fudge once it had frozen. I found myself without parchment paper, so I improvised with some tin foil.
Mix all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, together in a medium mixing bowl and pour it into your container. Then sprinkle the dark chocolate chips over top.
I told you it was easy 🙂
The hard part was not eating it before I even put it in the freezer. You know a recipe is good when you can’t stop taste testing the product before it’s finished!
Anywho, off it goes into the freezer for 1-2 hours to get nice and firm. Considering our temperature in Southern Ontario reached over 40 degrees today, I was very happy with this no-bake treat.
I was even happier when these amazing squares were ready to eat.
These are incredibly easy and equally delicious.
The only caveat is they definitely melt at room temperature so be sure to keep them in the freezer.
Try them … Trust …
This recipe was inspired by the Detoxinista’s Creamy Almond Butter version. Try that, too! Try them all!
I think I’ve had way too much coffee today, sorry 😉
I will replace coffee with Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Freezer Fudge for the rest of the weeeeeeeek….

I could not agree more! Thanks Colleen. Hope you enjoy. 🙂
TODAY MY GRANDDAUGHTER SHANNON IS COMING HOME FROM A SERIOUS BACK OPERATION SO I AM MAKING HER A FEW DINNERS TO TAKE TO HER AND I HOPE SHE WILL LIKE THESE. MY GRAND DAUGHTER BRIA IS GLUTEN FREE SO SHE WILL HELP ME MAKE THEM, SHE JUST TURNED 13 AND IS LEARNING TO BE A GREAT COOK AND BAKER AS MY GRANDDAUGHTER SELAH. MY GRANDDAUGHTER LESLEE (their mom) is a very special mom as she cooks all meals healthy except for Frriday nite treat PIZZA, I LOVE YOUR RECIPIES AND WILL BE TRYING A LOT OF THEM
You are the sweetest! How wonderful for your family that you take care of them when they need you. Well done! I hope everyone loves the recipes. The secret ingredient is love and I know you’ll be putting a lot of that in. 🙂 All the best!!
Hi, this looks awesome! Im a peanut butter fan 🙂
May i know if there is a substitute for coconut oil if i wanted this to be less oily? Thanks!
Hey Tris! The coconut oil is what helps this fudge to become solid once frozen. I can’t think of a substitute that has the same health benefits.
Wondering if I can replace the peanut butter with other nut butters or wow butter? Can’t do almond or peanut…
I haven’t tried any other varieties in this particular recipe but I think most would work. I do have a great recipe –> <-- featuring sunflower seed butter that is super popular. I hope you find one you love. 🙂
Hey guys, I might be the one Sharon refers to as having the coconut allergy. Coconut oil-can’t do it. Coconut Milk-Can’t do it. I subbed clarified butter (ghee) for the coconut oil and it worked great. I have used ghee in place of coconut oil in many similar recipes and it is a great replacement, providing you can do butter 🙂
Thanks Daryl! Do you make your own ghee? Still so sad for you about the coconut allergy. 🙁
Ahhhh I wish it was 40 degrees today! I’d take that anyday over all this snow! These look great and I love how they are no bake! My tummy is thanking you!
I know! It’s so funny to look back and see how hot it was. Especially with the brutal winter we’re having. We might hate winter but we love chocolate and peanut butter! 😉
I was thinking to add some unflavored (or chocolate) protein powder to these. I don’t think it will mess with the consistency since that stuff blends so well. Good for a post workout treat! What do you all think?
I think a bit of added protein would be fine. As far as a post work out treat? Absolutey! I like them post workout, pre workout, post dinner, pre dinner 😉
So easy!!!! But it looks so crackalicious!!!! lol I’m going to have to try this at the end of my cleanse!
Ha! Crackalicious 🙂 Good description … addicting for sure!
I used to make a version of these with about 3 cups of powdered sugar haha. Now that I’ve “changed my ways” I need to make these! I am going to try them with almond butter 🙂
Isn’t it funny how things change 🙂 I have a friend who made these with almond butter and loved it. The biggest challenge is not eating them all!!
i cant wait to try your recipe , it looks so good.
I’m allergic to coconut what can i use instead of the coconut oil?
Hey Vicki! Coconut allergies are hard ones … coconut oil is what holds these together. You could perhaps try brown rice syrup? Let me know if you do try it as I have a friend who also has a coconut allergy.
Get out of town! This looks INCREDIBLE, Sharon! Oh my. Pinning!
Looks and tastes incredible! Also, oh so easy 🙂 Thanks, Erin!
I live in southern Ontario also… Are you ever right about it being hot?! Wow! I’m excited to try this and other recipes off your blog since we are always looking for ways to eat healthier.
Hey Hannah! I’m coming to you from Burlington where we are now having crazy thunder/lightning storms! Hopefully it will mean a break from the heat … You will love these treats. I can’t stop shoveling them in my face 😉 I’m so glad you found my blog.
Cool… I’m in fergus… I made the fudge this morning… Amazing! Perfection!
I am so glad you tried it and loved it 🙂
This looks AMAZING! Here in Ohio, we were at more than 90 degrees yesterday, and are headed back there again today. Freezer treats? Yeah – bring it on! Peanut butter and chocolate? Slam dunk! 😀
It’s staying hot here all week, as well … I wish I could climb in the freezer with these treats! You.will.love.them. Period 🙂
