FAQS
Adrenal fatigue is a term used by some alternative health experts to describe experiencing extreme fatigue, exhaustion, and other symptoms such as brain fog, low blood pressure, and dizziness. They believe this could stem from long-term, chronic stress resulting in too much cortisol production. The theory is that your adrenal glands, located at the top of your kidneys, then fail to produce enough hormones such as cortisol after the prolonged stress. However, it isn’t officially recognized as a medical condition.
It is drink that contains a mixture of potassium, sodium and wholefood vitamin C. This combination of essential vitamins and minerals is meant to support the immune system, adrenal function, and help the body manage stress better.
Storage Tips
To Store: This drink is best served fresh but it could be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours in an airtight jar. Shake really well or remix with the hand help frother before drinking.
