FAQs, Tips, and Substitutions

  • What is cranberry powder? It is freeze-dried cranberries and it is a great way to boost your antioxidants. It has the same superfood nutritional profile as fresh cranberries or cranberry juice. Cranberries are a rich source of vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C.
  • If you can’t find cranberry powder substitute a 1/4 cup of fresh or frozen cranberries or even cranberry juice.
  • Add different fruit such as frozen banana or blueberries.
  • If you would like it a little sweeter you can drizzle in a bit of natural sweetener such as honey, agave nectar, or maple syrup to taste. Or try a pinch of stevia!
  • Give this drink another boost of nutrition and pour in a 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice!
  • Add a scoop of protein powder for even more staying power.
  • Use almond milk and coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
