Mason Jars

Glass mason jars are super useful! They can be used for food storage, canning, spices, etc.

I use them all the time for Homemade Salad Dressing or Overnight Oats.

Stainless Steel Baking Sheets

These baking sheets are free from aluminum which I try to avoid.

I use baking sheets for Roasted Sweet Potatoes or Cookies!

NutriBullet Blender

I love the small size and affordable price tag of a Nutribullet. There certainly are fancier blenders but for me, this one does the trick in my tiny kitchen.

Perfect for Green Smoothies or Homemade Hemp Milk.

Eco-Friendly Non-Stick Skillet

There are toxic chemicals lurking in a lot of non-stick pans so be sure to choose one that is free of harmful PFOA’s. The non-stick coating in this particular pan is from Germany which to me always signifies quality.

Use this pan for Pan Fried Bananas or Garlic Butter Fried Corn.

Water Filtration Pitcher

There can be a lot of things floating in your water depending on where in the world you live. I like this particular brand as it filters out fluoride and pharmaceuticals that may be lurking in your tap water.

Use filtered water to make Homemade Vegetable Broth or Cucumber Lemon Detox Water.

Glass Storage Containers

Skip the plastic containers and make the switch to glass. It is oven safe and no harmful plastics will leach into your healthy food!

I use it to store healthy soups and homemade snacks.

Instant Pot Pressure Cooker

I LOVE my Instant Pot. I use it to prep ALL THE THINGS.

Spaghetti Squash, Brown Rice, Quinoa, and Potatoes are all so easy to prepare in the IP.

Vegetable Spiralizer

Nothing makes skipping the pasta easier than veggie noodles. A spiralizer makes this possible!

Try these Roasted Butternut Squash Noodles or zucchini noodles aka zoodles.

Salad Spinner

I add a green salad to every meal. It’s a simple way to bump up your leafy greens intake and it makes your dinner more complete. You want to make sure your greens are squeaky clean because with the curly nature of the leaves dirt can hide in the crevices.

Food Processor

This was the first kitchen tool I splurged on when I first started my healthy eating journey. I love Larabars and needed to create my own and the only way to do this was with a food processor.

Try these Homemade Cashew Cookie Larabars or these Chickpea Cookie Bars.

Chef’s Knife

An excellent tool to have is a proper chef’s knife. This Victorinox model is what I use and I periodically take it to the hardware store for sharpening.

It is super necessary for chopping veggies for this Vegan Power Bowl or cutting squares of Vegan Peanut Butter Fudge.
